28/11/2017 0 Comments What You Think You Become...#teachme I've used a process in my life to create my desired outcome. I have to say that 99.9% of what it is that I've projected and then implemented the tools, has manifested.
As I fine tune the process, the manifestations come faster, more accurate and align with my truth that's next level shiz! It takes time to master, but once you know how it works, why it works and then start implementing it, what happens next is pretty awesome! I'd love to teach you how to do this! If you have a desire to do anything in your life be it career, job, relationship, finances, fitness, health etc, then this is for you. Who wants to learn?

21/11/2017 0 Comments Women Run This World!#wisdom Today as I was doing my morning ritual which includes reading, I find myself reading 2 books at once... I'm not sure why I do this, however it seems to work. I read a little of the first book, then move onto the next book!
The interesting thing though was what I was reading. 1. The Way of The Superior Man - David Deida, and 2. Warrior Goddess Training - Heatherash Amara. I stopped for a moment to acknowledge this and thought for a moment about the desire to learn about ourselves through all that we do and being instinctively guided to the books, movies, people, experiences - good and bad, that we encounter in our lives. I am not bias towards books (or anyone for that matter) - I read lots of different kinds of books - spiritual, Christian, Buddhist, science based, etc, so the element here is not to judge the book for what it is, but rather explore the deeper meaning of how this book will benefit on a level of mind, body and spirit. I feel that the wisdom from these books is the connection and understanding of the polarities that exist between us all and as to understand more about us as women, we must explore and understand more about men and visa versa. I've seen and experienced massive discord in relationships as the dynamics of the relationship change. In a relationship, ourselves included, there has to be the elements of both male and female expressed and honored. So many women desire to be masculine and take on these roles, they forget about nurturing the feminine energy. So many men become feminine that they forget to embrace their masculine energy...and guess what? We lose that attraction for one another as we fight to become that which is not us.... We all have a magnetic vibration that essentially is fine tuned to pick up energies within us that we desire... so a female energy will desire a masculine energy. This is not gender specific, this is energy specific... Ask yourself if you're feeling balanced in your polarities and have the ability to know when to switch into the feminine energy and the masculine energy... Oh and what are you reading right now? I'm interested!! Amanda xo #motivationalmindset Life offers us so many opportunities. Some amazing, some great and some not that great at all. When life offers you amazing and great opportunities you are buzzing around and thanking angels, God, Buddha, Krishna, Allah, the Universe or whomever you align with, for how blessed you feel and how you are eternally grateful.
This is all great and I'm not assuming that feeling this is a bad, thing, on the contrary - it's essential to be grateful in order to grow and evolve into the person we desire to be. So find things every day, every moment, every second of your life. Now I know that 99.9% of you will be running the good things through your mind that you're grateful for - kids, house, friends, amazing experience etc. The thing is though, we must be grateful for the 'not so great' things that happen to us. Be grateful for the boyfriend that left, the job that you've been redundant from, the debt that you have, the experience from the past - whatever it is that's playing around your consciousness and talking to you in negative ways. Some may say - I'd never be grateful for that experience' and I get that can be tough. However underneath that experience was an opportunity for some growth and self awareness. These experiences show us how to be more resourceful, resilient, independent, courageous, strong etc... In fact to be better versions of ourselves... Life is a gift xox Amanda xo 15/11/2017 0 Comments The Truth Lies In The Earth...#wisdom Who understands the term Earth-based spirituality? Ancient cultures such as Native American Indians, Australian Aborigines and African Shamans to name a few, all aligned with this type of spirituality. So what exactly does this mean and how does it relate to us?
In these cultures, there was the understanding that everything has a cycle and an opposite - light / dark, night / day, male / female, happy / sad, illness / wellness etc. In our world we are always seeking for one element in life and when the lesser of the element occurs we then beat ourselves up, we talk into it more and expand the issue, we get stuck and caught up in the illusion of the problem instead of leaning into the greater element. I've always believed that if there is a problem, then naturally there is a solution (this has been proven in science), so if you're unwell then naturally no matter what illness it is you have, then you could become well! If you're poor, then there is a strong possibility that you could become rich. If you're single, there is a strong possibility that you could become partnered. However most of us are programmed into focusing on 'how bad things are' and not how good they could be! You never ever doubt that when the sun comes up, that it wont go down and visa versa... It ALWAYS does and has since I've been blessed to walk this earth! How can we start implementing this into our every day life? I'd love to show you how starting today... Reach out to me if you'd like a session with me as I've put together some great tools to assist you in aligning with this truth... Amanda xo 14/11/2017 1 Comment It's Time Just For You...#teachme 'You time'... what is that? It's essential that you take time out from your busy life to nurture yourself - Mind, Body and Spirit.
How do you do this and why do you need this? It's essential that as we create a busy life for ourselves, we take time to honour our selves to rejuvenate and regenerate by massages, beach walks, baths, day's spent in bed reading, pampering days, essential oils, yoga, meditation anything that offers your nervous system the chance to relax. Why you need this is because the body needs time to repair, the mind needs time to process and the spirit needs time to be free. The nervous system is constantly on the go - more and more these days due to being overly stimulated with Facebook, emails, phone calls and 24/7 access to you should someone need you. Make time everyday to just stop and listen - best way is meditation or pray. Find something that works for you. The other important element is taking time out from life weekly through massage, baths, pamper days, yoga etc... What is it that you do weekly to honour yourself and relax? Amanda xo 13/11/2017 0 Comments Everything Is Energy...#motivationalmindset In life we are often bombarded with so many thoughts, feelings, ideas and emotions that it can be confusing to determine which once are worth holding onto for our greater sense of purpose.
So how do we know which ones to grow and nurture? Ask yourself first - is this mine or someone else's? This is when you're often triggered or feeling someone else's energy. When you know it's not yours, let it go. If the thought is an idea that will lead to something greater, write it down and explore it, then keep writing down as if what it is you desire has already manifest itself. Trust me when I say that once you are certain about this thought / idea, and you do the above daily and are grateful for the opportunity, the day will come where you experience it physically in your being and embrace what it is that you already have created. This happened to me recently (in fact it happens all the time), so when the opportunity came up for me to explore further, there was no question as to me taking on this project... Amanda xo #wisdom I went for a run yesterday and started thinking about the way our life unfolds and the choices that we make as we navigate our way through.
It had me thinking about the common thought that we are a byproduct of our environment (specifically your childhood environment), which would indicate that if you grew up in a family that were alcoholics, drug users, poor, rich, religious, spiritual, healthy, unhealthy, abused etc, that you would become this! However I question this as not being absolute! I trust that for the most part this is true and have seen it to be... But I've also proved the theory wrong by my own experiences. I questioned things from a young age. I questioned my surroundings and didn't believe that it was for me and so I opted out of that life and opted into a life that allowed me to explore and seek the truth of who I am today! I feel grateful for all my experiences and would never choose it to be any other way as there is a perfect plan for us all... if we choose to grow from it. When you choose to see that we are a byproduct of our thoughts and not our environment, then we see infinite opportunities. What thoughts are holding you back? What story are you creating that is potentially creating a toxic reality instead of a tonic reality that fills you with love, abundance and success... When are you going to opt-out of your old reality and opt-in to something greater - something truly wonderful? Amanda xo #teachme Have you ever felt a pull to a certain career or job, but never went through with it? Why? I trust there are many reasons and some valid ones at that... However if it was due to fear, then it essential to explore the fear on many levels.
Let fear be your friend not your enemy. Don't get me wrong, fear has it's place in our lives and can assist us in staying safe and protected. The question I often get is asking how to distinguish between the fear that we are feeling that is self-sabotaging or the fear that is keeping us safe? This all would depend on the circumstance of course such as walking down a dark alley at night by yourself in the getto...I mean lets be clear here and assume a sense of common sense - I'd say why? Is there no other way? The question to ask is this - "is it worth it"? Meaning whats the worst thing that could happen and then making the choice to take the risk! It's all about the risk of 'what if'! Most of us unfortunately will analyse the risk and stay focused on that...Which is often "what if I am not good enough". My theory is this: look at what could go wrong, asses what you'd do if it did - acknowledge this and then asses what could go right, and how if going right could be all the difference in the world to you!!! All it takes is that first step! Amanda xo I'm curious to know how much of your life do you feel that you're consciously creating and how much of it is sub-conscious?
I'm a believer that there is a blend of both working together on a greater level. So I'm curious to know...What is it that you've used to keep you in the flow and building momentum? 1. Have you seen a life coach before? - Is this continuous? 2. If you haven't seen a Life Coach before, would you be interested? 3. Have you heard of the Law of Attraction? 4. Do you use it consciously daily? 5. Have you ever had a Law of Attraction consultation? 6. If you haven't, would you be interested?
