Everything Is Energy...

#motivationalmindset In life we are often bombarded with so many thoughts, feelings, ideas and emotions that it can be confusing to determine which once are worth holding onto for our greater sense of purpose.

So how do we know which ones to grow and nurture? Ask yourself first - is this mine or someone else's? This is when you're often triggered or feeling someone else's energy.When you know it's not yours, let it go.

If the thought is an idea that will lead to something greater, write it down and explore it, then keep writing down as if what it is you desire has already manifest itself.

Trust me when I say that once you are certain about this thought / idea, and you do the above daily and are grateful for the opportunity, the day will come where you experience it physically in your being and embrace what it is that you already have created.

This happened to me recently (in fact it happens all the time), so when the opportunity came up for me to explore further, there was no question as to me taking on this project...
