#motivationalminset How many of you can say that you have days where you feel as if you don't see results from the effort you are putting in? And feel that it would be really easy to just give up, but you don't!
I feel that it's essential to remember that as women we take in energy (an idea, a thought, a new business) to nurture and grow over time. After the exact incubation time, we then project that energy out into the world to see it's evolution. Still we nurture and grow it, but it is at a stage where the initial phases of evolving it to be that way are just right to survive.
We often have this feeling that we want instant results and if they don't happen over a period of time, we are ready to give up and give in. This of course is not a viable option if you are working towards something that you are passionate about or feel is moving you closer towards your dreams and goals.
At anyone time, the essential feelings to create to stop this feeling of either living in the past or tripping into the future, is to feel as if you have achieved success right now which in turn keeps you grounded and balanced. The images that you have of desiring more, live as though it's in front of you... Use your imagination.

#sharing Do you ever wake up and the first thing you think about is all the things you don't have or the person that's done you wrong or the day ahead - work, family, relationships or how unfit, lonely, sad, or unhealthy you are?
Obviously having these thoughts will not benefit you on any level - mind, body, spirit!
What if the first thing you did when you woke up (and before you go to bed), was to find 5 things you're grateful for - even the 'bad' moments or experiences that have happened in your life or in the day?
When you're grateful for the simple things in life, you'll be blessed with bigger things that you will actually appreciate!
My theory is this: if you desire more abundance in your life, but you complain about not having enough (we always have more than enough), then how could you ever manage 'more' in your life?
Simple steps are this:
As soon as you sit up in bed, think of 5 things such as:
I'm so grateful that I woke up this morning in this warm bed!
I'm so grateful for the lessons learnt yesterday from my 'not so good' experience
I'm so grateful for my family, friends, work, career, health etc
I'm so grateful for all my bills - it shows me that I'm living a life with opportunities that some do not have - a phone to communicate, a car to drive, a roof over my head, etc...

#Throwback Today I had a distant memory of my dreams of becoming an author. I took a course that resulted in me allocating time everyday to nurture that side of myself and birth my vision.
What was the result was an eBook that is now on AMAZON and by no means is perfect. I had written it years ago and because of my own fear / self-sabotage etc, I hadn't put it out there for anyone to read. I trust it has typo's etc, put I got to point where I felt it was ready yet, when in-fact it always has been, it was me that wasn't and had to keep waiting for it to be perfect - such as finding someone to edit it for me, or change the layout etc.
How many times do we go through life waiting for things to be 'perfect' or the right conditions to be 'perfect'? The truth is this.... They never will!
Let yourself be guided and trust in the moment. When you get that intuitive hit, just do it because if you don't, someone else will!

#wisdom This resonated with me today. As it's so very powerful and ultimately influences the world in which we live, breathe and exist.
Imagine stopping for just one moment and listening to all the babbling B.S that is constantly repeated in your mind? "I'm ugly, I'm fat, I'm not enough, I never have enough, I wish this or I wish that" etc... Imagine if all this negative thinking and talk actually unfolded before our eyes - I trust that it wouldn't be a site that you'd be over joyed with. And for the most part, it DOES start to unfold.
I feel that there is a filter that God / Universe must have to a degree that stops the unsightly visions from becoming our reality.
Now there is a flip side to this, ( I've experienced this many times) that God / Universe conspires to make good things happen in our world. However it doesn't happen over night!
Try aligning your thoughts with the outcome that you desire and then take action to move towards the desired outcome.
When you sit with trust in something greater (you don't have to believe this, but question if you are at a point in your life where you feel fulfilled. If not, maybe just take a risk and try this). And know that over time if your belief and vision for something better is stronger than your negative thoughts, negative words and your positive actions align, then just know that what you see in your minds eye will soon become your reality!
