14/11/2017 1 Comment It's Time Just For You...#teachme 'You time'... what is that? It's essential that you take time out from your busy life to nurture yourself - Mind, Body and Spirit.
How do you do this and why do you need this? It's essential that as we create a busy life for ourselves, we take time to honour our selves to rejuvenate and regenerate by massages, beach walks, baths, day's spent in bed reading, pampering days, essential oils, yoga, meditation anything that offers your nervous system the chance to relax. Why you need this is because the body needs time to repair, the mind needs time to process and the spirit needs time to be free. The nervous system is constantly on the go - more and more these days due to being overly stimulated with Facebook, emails, phone calls and 24/7 access to you should someone need you. Make time everyday to just stop and listen - best way is meditation or pray. Find something that works for you. The other important element is taking time out from life weekly through massage, baths, pamper days, yoga etc... What is it that you do weekly to honour yourself and relax? Amanda xo
