#wisdom Interesting quote! I find that there are a lot people that I talk to that are so concerned with what other people are believing, doing or have and focus all their attention on this instead of focusing on themselves!
Are you guilty of this? I assume that for the most part we all are in some way, and that's ok.. But ask yourself this: - am I happy and content with where I am currently in my life? - am I content with my relationships, career / job, wealth, health, spirituality? - do i find myself complaining or talking about other peoples lives good / bad? - am I in a constant state of fear of what hasn't happened yet, but could happen? If this sound like you, then it is most likely that you're living high on adrenaline (that doesn't mean you have to be buzzing all the time, it can be the opposite!), and you're too exhausted to even educate working on yourself - exercise, meditate, eat healthy foods, so you find yourself reaching for foods that do not nourish you mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually. You have no time or energy to build your career or business and it get's left to be put on the "I'll do that tomorrow list" but never get's done! You have no time or energy to give to your relationship or create one if you're single! Intimacy become a thing of the past... And to think ALL of this is because you're so focused on what others are doing instead of focusing on the person you want to be, the things you want to have, and the things you want to do! For the most part when we do this, it's because we are feeling a sense of unworthiness and feel deep down that we could never be like that person or we are looking at the bad that someone else has in a way to make us feel ok about our not so good parts... This has to stop as we are all perfectly imperfect just like you! Ignore the things in life that have absolutely nothing and I mean NOTHING to do with your own journey in life... Catch yourself thinking and saying and then gently say to yourself - "it's ok, you are good enough and you are safe...Guide me in the right direction to finding more love, success and abundance"... And trust in the process.... Amandaa xo
