#teachme What a busy few days! You know when you're out doing conferences, events etc, and you finally get a minute to catch your breath? It seems as if the whole time you haven't taken one breath at all!
When you finally sit down and contemplate the last few day, you start to go over all the things you take for granted in your every day life... Early nights, more time with family, eating consciously, exercise, yoga, meditation etc...
The big one for me this week is something I really love and on so many levels rejuvenates me on all levels - mind, body, spirit and that's taking a bath!
Today is about teaching you to schedule time out (if it's not scheduled, there is a chance something else will fill this spot) time just for yourself. Run a bath with oils, crystals, candles, flowers etc and allow yourself to let go and relax! The real lesson in this is this... ALLOWING yourself to let go.
If you don't have a bath, have a shower where you can allow an extra few minutes to wash away stress, tiredness, tension and the busyness of life!
